and to answer the question. i'm just a poser so i wouldnt know. but to be honest i erm, dont know. always loved the thud.. learning to love the sting. Used to HATE the sting. But repitition breeds erm content? Or is that contempt.. hee hee

I prefer the thud. Most sensations on my ass are stingy, which is why I hate to be spanked. The only sensation on my ass that produces a thud is kicking and I just love that. Of course, my Lord being the sadist that he is chooses a lot of things that sting.

Now lets see. I have a thuddy flogger and another one with rubber tails made from push bike tubes and it stings like hell (or so I'm told). perhaps I could have one in each hand and deliver the strokes .. Left..Right..Left..Right..Left..Right..Left..Right.. Then see which was more effective????
