Example: I just watched the movie "The Secrete Life of Bees". If you haven't seen it, it's basically a story of female bonding and uplifting. Great movie if you are into that type of story. Anyway, there was a scene in the movie where the father punishes his daughter by making her kneel with bare knees on a pile of dry grits (if you don't have any knowledge of Southern food, consider it to be similar in texture when dry as cornmeal or Cream of Wheat). A light when on up over my head and I tested it out on myself to see if it really did cause pain and how much (I like to test anything corporal on myself to gauge it's effects before I use it on anyone) and I can state that it does hurt like hell and the longer you knee the sharper the pain gets. Now I can't wait to use it in a D/s situation.

Have any of you found something you use frequently in this area that was never meant to inspire this kind of response?

In My home, then and now, you kneel on rice--grits are a cake walk. I don't need vanilla media to give Me ideas, I have enough of My own.
