God that hurt just reading it!

Start with a mindset... that goes a long, long way.  If you feel sexy and not insecure, you will be more comfortable.  Think of the turn on that you are!  (but keep in mind, some like you uncomfortable and may be playing with your head! hehe)  But really, tell yourself things that will make you comfortable and ready to rock someone's world!  Put on mood music to get yourself going before and do a little practice in blending swirls or grinds or whatever.  Just don't practice too much or you may be too tired later!

But remember... have fun!  Don't think about how long it has been or how weird you might feel about it.  Just have fun!  And it might be nice to have a lil something in there that is unexpected... like maybe something that covers your nipples, or a new style in trim... whatever...  Draw out the gettin naked part and tease away!

Wear the highest heels you can, they make your ass poke out and arch your back as well, plus they look hot. Use a shimmery lotion if you have one, makes the skin look dewy and sexy.

hey thanks for the tips - and the vids.... I remember learning to salsa dance.  My teacher (*fans self.... Latinos  are  swoony)... anyway... He told me I had to look at him like I was seducing him.  "You are the most beautiful woman in the world.  Remember this."  My dancing improved ten fold as soon as I did that.  I looked him in the eyes, and it was like I lost ten years and 30 pounds.  Heh.  And you know what?  I really AM the most beautiful woman in the world when I dace.
