Has anyone ever had a response to something that was totally unexpected? Some background I was lying down and the dude said he was going to cut my dress off, I asked what he was using he said a pen knife and I felt it against my skin and started to cry, I have done knife play before (it was actually a set of keys which is even more embaressing) but I really didnt think I would cry. Im thinking maybe it was because I really liked the dress and didnt want it ruined. So yeah has anyone ever responded in a weird uncontrolable way to something that normally they are fine with?

This happened to me a few weeks ago, except it was just regular sex and I burst into tears. I attributed it to hormones/sensory overload. Sometimes it happens after an orgasm when I'm by myself. First time it happened with my Dom though, and he was more freaked out by it than I was.

Licking my nose causes me to loose all sense of submission and obedience and lash around and cry and complain until i'm blue in the face...and ordered onto the floor :( Of all the things that are required of me a face lick shouldn't really cause such a strong response!

I had this happen once. I reacted to my own sounds of distress very strongly. I had a flooding episode from a bad experience from my past. I can't really explain why that particular time triggered such a response and other times didn't, but it was no less unnerving to the person who was topping at the time. Play ceased between us after that. lovingpet

i did that a few weeks ago, every once in a while during a scene Master will say, "surrender fully to your Master", it's basically a signal for me to cum as an act of submission to him, usually during an intense scene or sex act. The minute he said that i burst into tears and started sobbing, Master doesn't phase easily, he just kept going and then after the scene during aftercare he just held me until i fell asleep sobbing.

I have a tendency to react differently to what could be deemed as the same act. Anything from absolutely loving the moment, to going into a blind panic. I also find that if I have been inwardly worried about something or sensitive because of something that happened earlier in the day, I can break down into uncontrollable sobs during a scene and personally I think its a great release so long as your partner understands that you just needed to do that and its nothing he's doing wrong. When I sob, the last thing I want is for my partner to stop.

I can hold still while Mistress cuts me with a knife and makes me bleed, but I can't tollerate her buffing my finger nails with an emery board. Everyone has unique triggers.

Andy can and does do some extreme things to my mind and body, and i will take every last bit of it without much over reaction. But bathe me, look after me, show me kindness in word or deed and i have been known to dissolve. It's how i earned his slave name of "emotion".

oh my yes.......in my experience it's just unconscious triggers , sometimes it's just hormonal like someone else said but mostly i think it's the unconscious having a reaction to a particular stimulus......

I've had this happen as well, I am personally still struggling with being Domme/sub top/bottom.... I've had situations where being spanked or playful face smacking when I am not in the mood for it will bring tears. I chalked mine up to hormones as well. Luckily my boy understands this, and doesn't view me differently.
