Kinda sucks doesn't it Owner. No one likes to be attact at every turn when it comes to be held accountable. In your second link I seen what appeared to be a more accomplished "politician" winning an " accountability" debate.

Your Dems are the big herd now Owner, you better get used to the wolves peeling away the weaker runners and dragging them down to feed on. I suspect if you go back about eight years the roles were reversed.

As far as your being upset about the tactics involved, it appears to be more of the same old shit. Both of these parties do this. Hell maybe it's just the political norm, in politics even your "friends" have a knife well within reach of your back.

But thanks for noticing just another one of the things that has been annoying the shit out of my for a long time. It would be nice if just one of these politicians could stand on his own accomplishments rather than rushing to highlight the faults of someone else, in hopes to elevate their own standing.

They all need to be bitch slapped hard .... the governments of the UK, Canada and the US are all a lesson in dick waving, chest thumping , ovary swinging, tit slapping pathetic childlike activities. The house of lords(UK), the house of commons(UK),queens park(CAN)  and congress are laughable in their antics, made scary by the fact that they are sposed to represent us and interests.
Continues to mutter about alllllllll bloody politicians and their antics.

Although to be fair to us, the gentler sex (!!!), it's men that mostly engage in this kind of bullshit. I was looking at the statistics and guess how many  female U.S. senators there have been since 1789? 37!!!

All I saw in the link you posted was a rather pointed question being asked, which, frankly, I'd have no trouble answering in a minute (I'm not opposed to the bonuses) ...and then a lot of evasive waffling that the questioner (having yeilded of her own limited time for the answer) was not disposed to entertain.

They were talking about a volunteer program,not AIG pay-scales.That`s what the good lady meant by time and place.

Yeah, and if the roles were reversed you’d be laughing about how the neo-cons can’t take it.  Please, if the lady can’t take the heat she should get the fuck out of the kitchen.  Besides, picking on the rookies is a time honored tradition in many walks of life.

I stick to facts and what happens.Not what ifs.

And pointing out the latest neo-con dirty tricks isn`t whining.It`s a public service.[:D]

Reality check:

Our country is immersed in an 'us' vs 'them' mentality.  It's why we have an almost exclusive two party system, so that our voters needn't confuse themselves with more complicated 'third' alternatives.

So long as we maintain that it is liberals verses conservatives, right verses left, 'good' verses 'evil', the real winners will continue to be the puppeteers who create the elaborate show that distracts us from the truth, that the single most lucrative service industry in America is the federal government, to the tune of about 20% of almost every working man and woman's paycheck. 

Cut the purse strings, take the windfall out of government, and watch as the puppeteers are forced to take up more honest jobs; like executives at AIG.

Democrats never interrupted anyone during a debate?  Never?  Please. I long ago pegged you as an ideolouge but this is getting ridiculous.  What's next?  A thread titled, Studies show Republicans enjoy kicking puppies?

The whiney rookie needs to learn how to be more aggressive.  She’s in the big leagues now, the United States Congress – not the East Bum Fuck High School Debating Team.  There’s nothing going on here than the normal political games played by both parties.
