There was a song on the show called the shield I wish i knew if it was a real song or not

The singer sang I hurt myself today just to see if I could still feel or something


I hate when those tv shoes have beautifull catchy music in them and then you don't know if it was a real song or a snippet for the show.

another good song is that one that they used for ladder49....at the end of the movie

Check the ending credits....music and musicians are usually one of the last credits to role at the end of a show or movie.

In a movie, you are correct that the individual musicians would be credited. In a TV series however, they don't normally credit individual music, just the one that writes the ambient music for the series.
