Does anyone know a good site to get d-rings, studs, spikes, and so on at a good price? Do you need a wholesale license for such?

They even have locking buckles at a reasonable price.

I've never thought Tandy was all that expensive. You might try Ohio Travel Bag, however. They carry a lot of stuff that's hard to find, too.
