I'm a mtf transsexual and 'im wondering if anyone knows of bdsm, or gender bending friendly medical doctors, urologists,or endocrinologists? I dont have insurance and I'm looking for someone qualified to do a bilateral orchiectomy in the mew mexico area. thanks for any input.

call your local urology group and ask to speak to the nurse. Tell her your situation and ask for recommendations.  I work with a bunch of urologists, and most of them don't do this kind of surgery. In fact i am not sure that anyone in Arkansas does gender reassignment surgery. You may actually have to go out of state for your surgery   - but talking to the office nurse is a great start.

You need to live as a woman for 1 year to 18 months according to some of the trans-friendly professionals I have come across. These includes head shrinks because you have to change your mentality as well. As for state, I would check out AB trans-party scene. I do know that Dallas and Houston have these professionals since I reside in Texas and my Alexis is working on her own transformation in Tennessee, with the possible of contining in the Carolians.
