Notes On A Photo Shoot

I did the first photoshoot on the weekend with my submissive and thought I would share the experience and what we learned from it.

The Idea
So I had an idea to do a photo shoot of my submissive, typesgirl. The main concept was to capture how beautiful she is to me on film. I also wanted to recreate the pinup art I love. I recently posted on the forums about how much I loved my Geeky Sub so I wanted to capture her geek side also. We recently bought a new Cannon Digital cam and so I wanted to take the best pictures possible all so my littleone could look amazing.

We had taken some adult pics in the past but I really wanted to make this an event. Something where we took our time and made it very special to both of us. This was a limit of hers (she had body image doubts) but I wanted to explore that limit in an environment where she felt safe, comfortable and sexy.

We looked at photos of poses we liked and that and the anticipation leading up to Saturday added to the excitement of the event.

The Shoot
Saturday after going shopping we came home and I prepared the bedroom for the shoot. I moved all the lights I could into the room and cleared out the junk from our bedside tables. I smoothed the bed and told typesgirl what to wear. I told her to put on a black bra and black boyshorts and her “Wicked” t-shirt. She did her makeup and got dressed and then told me she was ready. I white balanced the camera and set it to take the best quality shots I could.

I really wanted her at ease so we joked as I took some very initial shots. I told her her little jokes to get her to smile. I took pictures of her with her laptop and mouse. We talked about what she wanted in the pictures and I posed her in several shots. Slowly, I began asking her to take of clothes and show me more of her but again it was all done in a tasteful manner. I wanted the pictures to be sexy but not trashy.

In the end, the pictures turned out so well. There are a few of them up in her profile so please let us know what you think.

My Reaction
I was certainly excited during all of this. She looked so amazing and the pictures looked so good. It was certainly a very erotic experience for me. Not only setting up the camera, picking her clothes but also posing her in positions I knew she would look good in. I was definitely hard through the experience and she blushed when I told her so. Once the camera was put away and the lights turned off we had an amazing session that was intimate, passionate and had some spectacular fucking sex.

typegirl’s Reaction
In the past, when she saw pictures of herself, my littleone did not like what she saw. She even felt like she was not seeing it right. She felt she looked good in the mirror but when she saw pictures she could not relate to her image. After Saturday, my littleone could not stop smiling. She said she could see what she looked like to me in these pictures and she loved doing it. She was so proud of them she could not wait to show them to other people and I am very happy to have them up on her profile.

The Future
We will definitely be doing this again. I already have ideas for more shoots. She has an order from Torrid coming this week that we will have to get down on film. I recommend this wholeheartedly to any Dom/me. You will have a great time with you submissive and you will get some awesome pictures. Do some research first on your camera and how to light the room. Take as much time as you can, laugh and keep things light. Tell them how wonderful they look and you will be closer for it. In a single afternoon I got my littleone over any inhibitions she had over body image. After months of me telling her how gorgeous she is we both see it now. By taking the time to make her feel special she became more special to me and to herself.
