A man was driving in a city when a traffic camera flashed. He thought his picture was taken for exceeding the speed limit, even though he knew he was not speeding. Just to be sure, he went around the block and passed the same spot, driving even more slowly, but again the camera flashed. He thought this was was funny, so he slowed down even further as he again drove past the area, but the traffic camera flashed yet again. He tried a fourth time with the same result. The fifth time he was laughing when the camera flashed as he rolled past at a snail's pace.  

Two weeks later, he got five traffic fine letters in the mail for driving without a seat belt.

Actually there's a spray that you can put on your license plate that puts a glare on it to the camera eye, where the police photo will come up too whited out.  Fortunately the naked eye can't tell that the spray is on there, so the cops will have to get over it, and you'll get where you're going more easily, and more safely.  Check out www.phantomplate.com  Enjoy, and how about a big round of applause for those hard working officers in uniform?

Actually, MythBusters did a show on traffic cameras - the spray stuff doesn't do what it claims.

I heard the same joke with a much funnier punch line.  It's funnier because this one is actually possible

even funnier would be.... for driving the wrong way down a one way street...
