And this figure, as I've pointed out repeatedly, is based on Congressional Budget Office ten -year estimates, which are notoriously inaccurate.
Are you able to accurately forecast your budget ten years down the road?
You need only go back to the 2000 CBO estimate which forecast budget surpluses through 2010.
Was that anywhere near accurate?
