I was reading Steven Colbert's I am America and So Can You! and he used the phrase "my go-to karaoke crowd-pleaser".

Mine is Total Eclipse of the Heart... Pet's is I Touch Myself by the Divinyls.

You?

I do best lip-synching to the words. Or singing when I'm alone.

I've only subjected an audience to my karaoke once in my life.  It was at a User Group meeting in Chicago & there was a group of us girls that dared each other to get up & sing.  The bar had props:  wigs & boas & stuff.  So we all got up & donned finery & sang in a group.  I had so much fun that after, a number of people came up & asked what I was drinking so they could order it too.  It was Diet Coke.  LOL  I don't sing well, but I do sing loud & have a ball singing.  To stay on topic, I have no idea what song we sang but it was definitely a crowd-pleaser!!
