1. Go to 'spank' parties.
2. Ask a friend to do it.
3. Be willing to do more than just get spanked and develop a relationship with the spanker.
4. Put a paddle on the wall and ram your ass against it each time the urge strikes.

Find a woman who likes to spank men and make friends with her.

Find a woman who likes to spank men and get into a relationship with her.

Get into a relationship with a reasonably open-minded woman and ask her to spank you.

I don't know what answer you're hoping for, here, but there's no magic to it.

Join a group that has play parties, and you shouldn't have any difficulty finding that.
On the other hand, if you are single, I can't imagine a lady you're courting would charge you for that... You'll pay for much more, but that is courtship. M

Not sure, but making a thread to fish for spankings is against the rules, so that's probably not the way to do it.

Thanks for the first chuckle of the morning.

I swear I don't have these kinds of problems. I can't remember the last play party that I attended where I didn't play and I wanted to. Perhaps you're asking the wrong demographic.

Well, I am thinking outside the box here, and say try self spanking. It has been used and practiced in this lifestyle for a long time.
Granted, it is not the most appreciate form of it, but it is indeed the cheapest.

What kind of partner are you talking about that takes money?

I have spanked friends... people that were friends before spanking buddies. Someone just trying to be my friend to get a spanking once in a while, I can typically spot a mile off and I won't go there. But a real friend who has a need that doesn't cross over a boundry I might have... I have helped out with a spanking. Becasue they are my friend I care about them and it isn't pleasure-less to me. It may not have the same meaning to me as someone I love or my submissive, but there is something there that is wonderful for both in some way.

If you are coming across like you want your needs met without consideration for the person you seek spanking from... that could be a problem in a personal sense. But as the other's said... you can always find a play party or event and find someone.
