http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yw76IKop6rg .... size up this guy. What do you think? His story doesnt add up. Particularly when I see the word "viral" on the piece. He claims border patrol messed with him.

He probably got the crap kicked out of him while he was cheating on his wife so he made this story up as cover. I find him totally unbelievable.

Belligerent and uncooperative are two words that came to mind while watching this. Too many things don't add up but the one in particular for me was that he said the Border Patrol officer was the one to drive him (slowly and with no regard for his "physical condition") to a hospital. Maybe they do things different near the border but where I'm from, when an officer has an injured suspect, a paramedic/ambulance is called for care and transport (mainly for liability issues). If what he's saying is true, I look forward to coverage from the major news networks who would be on this like flies on......well, you get it.

the stitches do not look correct. like the head would be shaved more. I wonder if he was where they ask if you have any fruits. Due to the fruit fly they once did ask people enterring CA.. if they had items. He did not look beaten up. Yuma is not a place where anyone really wants to go to. 20 miles from the boarder is a wasteland. It is ugly and sort of a no mans land. I dont think the man is telling all the story. IMO the law will come off on a 20 year old. The testosterone. I would think there are may dudes named "Diaz" working the border patrol. I do think those guys are jerks. Both times I was out of the USA, coming back in was a problem. When a car window breaks it shatters into small cubes.

Appears to me that the guy has a chip on his shoulder and was determined to cause a scene if the chance were offered. I've been through that Border Patrol station he's talking about a dozen times or more. They ask if you are a US citizen. Refusing to answer such a simple question is stupid as far as I'm concerned.
