I know a number of folks in the lifestyle prefer their sub/slave to sleep on the floor (or not even allow him/her on the furniture). Personally, this ain't my thing -- not judging anyone else here, just stating it's not MY thing.

I am curious, however... How many of you Tops require your bottoms to sleep on the floor... or how many of you bottoms are required to sleep on the floor or not allowed on the furniture?

i have often wondered this as well. Why would someone want their sub to sleep on the floor and not keep them warm in their bed? As for me if i was made to sleep on the floor it would mean Drs appts and chiropractor bills..so best to just let me sleep in the bed.

While I have never had a standing rule about it, there have been occasions where I was told to sleep on the floor or needed permission to use furniture.

Nothing wrong with a suitable sleepig mat on the floor with the slave neck chained to a slave ring attached to the Master's bed as long as the chain is long enough to allow the slave to use the dunny.

Well one reason is for punishment.

One reason is as a lesson in humility.

One reason was because I was living in a college dorm with a very small bed and it was actually a lot more comfy in the sleeping bag on the floor than squishing in bed with him and we both got more rest.

That lovely submissive fuzzy feeling and the lovely dominant fuzzy feeling both people get out of it.

It's a kink like anything else. Some people will love it, some people will find it pointless and some people will really hate it.

No matter where I live or who I live with, I intend to have my own bedroom and my own bed. Even if I end up sleeping with someone most of the time, I need "my" space to spread out and enjoy.

And the floor can be made really comfy if you want. I know lots of people who have back problems and feel better after laying on a hard floor for awhile.

Floor?..... find your ass out in the dog house with the damn dog.

What happens during play is one thing... but when all i said and done.. i'm in bed,... snuggling.

As far as being on the floor... head on or in lap while watching tv.. i do not mind. And i will ask if starting to hurt if i may get up on couch.... if denied.... then i get up and do something else. Bit I do let it know it's because of pain.

Stone the crows! WTF is a bitet???? Something like a water jet I once attacked to an outside dunny before it was a flushing system and was a five gallon drum which you had emptied by the "night cart" when I was a kid in the country. I used to turn the water jet on when selected targets were seated on the throne (dunny) and scare the shit out of them whilst soaking them,

Dunny ~ Australian slang for toilet

Dunny Paper ~ Toilet Paper (Unless you still use old news papers or squares of cement bags. Of course the financially challanced who role their own smokes can always use cigarette paper, and to save even more money and for multiple use, you pinch a hole in the middle of the paper, so it stays clean, but you must remember to either piss on you finger or at least wash it before nose picking or eating...)

No never have been asked to sleep on hte floor except by my kids...and even then, i'll take the couch...LOL

I am not required to sleep on the floor......yet! The only reason I would be I'm sure is because Master sleeps better when no one else is in bed. However - at present he would much rather have me close to be able to grab a handful of hair to drag my head to his groin then to wake me up by talking. He does get a kick out of waking me up like that. As far as other furniture, I'm not required to be on the floor but for just chillin' out and the like, thats where I'd rather be. On the floor with my arm wrapped about his leg and my head on his thigh. mmmmm talk about heaven

My slave is allowed to sleep on an AeroBed mattress on the floor at the foot of My bed. One slave actually asked Me why Mistresses seemed to like to have their slaves sleeping at the foot of their beds. I replied, "Because we can!" LOL. True 'nuf. As for the furniture... it's not that he's not allowed, so much as that I want him at My feet.

I don't put My slave in bondage at night, because if I wanted something during the night, I'd have to wake him up and untie/unchain him to get it for me.... kinda defeats the purpose, don't you think? :)
