True. And the change might not ever happen. I do think, though, that there's a certain mixture of philosophical and psychological views that helps one change one's mind more rapidly and effectively on certain, deeper sorts of assumptions - or prejudices. I just don't feel up to articulating the nature of that mixture this late at night. Too many snifters at my local again, I'm afraid.
