Part of the problem of trying to find a "magazine" of that nature is that you end up with a lot of wank fodder that isn't really a magazine but just glorified pornography. Some of the older titles out there give the impression that they are "female led" magazines, but quite often they end up being male fantasies written as if they are female led magazines. Some of the British imports, like Goddess, Victoria, Whap (think it's British, but who knows?), and various others all fit into that category. They appear to be magazine-like, but they're really femdom-based presentations. They're not really pornography because there's rarely any actual sex involved in them, but then some people define "pornography" in different ways, so I'll just leave it at that. There were a couple of US based newspapers that were put out by the Carter Stevens crowd some years back, and there were huge presences in both California and New York. I don't know how those newspapers are today, or even if they're still around, but they used to be known as "Carter Stevens Presents...", "The Dominant Mystique", "Femdom Weekly", and a couple of others as well. There was also a great bdsm-friendly newspaper in San Francisco called The Spectator, but it closed shop and is no longer around. Part of the problem you're going to find is that anyone that tries to put out a viable magazine has to compete with the porno rags out there, and they don't normally do very well. They also run the risk of being lumped in with them, so that when law enforcement decides to raid, it's a lot easier to go after a more legitimate magazine that caters to bdsm than it is to go after the underground types of productions (which make it difficult for law enforcementn to find them).
