Does anyone have experience with BDSM after having had a double mastectomy and reconstruction?

My first sub had a mastectomy but she opted not to do the reconstruction. The only real issues we had were due to the loss of sensation due to nerve damage from the mastectomy. We both enjoyed rope work and with a little caution were able to continue everything we wanted.

I've had my hands on reconstructed breasts and love 'em just as much as the originals.
