It is not just women who can orgasm without direct stimulation, I have done it from day dreams, written erotica and occasionally visual erotica.
If I can and have done it, I would have thought many other men can, if they really, really want to ....
But even if they can, locking up their bits is still fun, for many other reasons, that's by no means the only reason to do it.
