Does anyone have any experience with this device?

At first glance, I'd say that if you can work the ring around the cock and balls, you can get it back off again, even with the urethral rod in place. Just tuck the ball back through. Probably hurt a bit more than taking it off by tucking the flaccid cock out first.

But then, if you're ordered not to take it off...

Guys penises change sizes, so won't it slide up and down the rod? Meaning the clean rod gets pee'd on, gets exposed to air to get the bug count up, then slid back in dirty. Sterile is good, you don't want bugs slowly climbing your insides.

way overpriced, he must not sell much

$200 for something that is to me worth $75 tops

another individual trying to get rich quick

is it not best to sell 1000 units at $75 than sell only 10 units at $200
