Cantankerous, passionate old school strong silent type here. Lost my place on the gulf coast to Katrina, just settled in here, both in B'ham and collarme. Had to leave a great gal behind (she couldn't move), so thought I'd use this forum to seek new companionship in the area since it looks like I may be here for the long haul.
I flip houses for a living, you know, buy, rehab and resell. I enjoy it. Spare time is spent riding my harley of 32 years, or fishing offshore. Even more time is spent in a woodshop building turn of the century furniture.
I'll reply to any and all who care to write, get to know me. I'm certainly not everyone's cup of tea, but never wanted to be, either. I don't follow the herd. I tend to see life thru humor, philosophy and cold reality.
So, hello to all and here's hoping just maybe there's a nice match for me here.
