 have any Gay Masters here owned a straight male on contractual agreement and what is Your opinion on this power exchange? i feel it is the ultimate in Power exchange for a Gay Man to own a straight man especially the idea of Master forcing the slave to sign a long term or permanent contract.

I get the impression that your concept of slavery includes sex.  There ARE nonsexual slaves but your question is meaningless in that case.

Ummm, well, if you have a gay Master and you're having a sexual relationship, you're not a straight guy.

I play with a straight guy now and then, I even play with women now and then. It's all about how the people hit it off. I would have no problem with a straight male slave as long as he can agree to my rules.

If you are forced to sign a contract, then it is under duress and therefore null and void. Beyond that, no legal BDSM contract can be made. It is illegal to have a contract that includes illegal activities, so if your contract says you are to be beaten nightly, it is null and void since agreeing to assault is illegal except in the case of certain sports events.

No BDSM contact can be legal, if you decide to walk after two weeks, the police won't haul you  back and allow him to put you in chains for the next two years. If he takes your money, you can always sue for its return and the court will want to see receipts for what he bought for you that is equal to the monies given if he is to keep any.

I don't think you've ever been involved in a real d/s relationship. You want fantasy items like a tattoo on the forehead that makes it impossible for you to get a job, you want to be a 'real' slave like from 200 years ago who could be sold to anyone or forced to do anything and killed for disobedience, you want to be forced to have sex with people you aren't attracted to. None of this works in real life.

If sexual play is involved then it may be a problem. But if not then I don't see a reason why it should be an issue.
