This is one of the most innovative improvements to an existing product that I have see in a long time.  We need more things like this that help reduce waste.

Where I am, cardboard contaminated with food such as pizza boxes cannot be recycled.

Hey, that's kind of fun in a neato way, but really, I think most places, food contaminated cardboard is not desireable for recycling.

It is a Brilliant Idea.

The Idea may not be Recycleable Cardboard ..... it is MADE FROM recycled Cardboard so this is the second time around for it already and it uses the Lid to serve and then can be reused to save space by breaking back down to a easier storage size.

People need to look at the 3 R's this one uses all three.

It is Recycled
It can be reused
it reduces waste by being the plates so fresh paper plates will not need to be used.

It is a PERFECT Product and is very smart.

Saddly people don't understand the ACTUAL concept of Recycling proved by the comments on this thread.

It is not for the Purpose of recycling, it is already a recycled product.

and it is in it's own way also helping teach people about the other less outspoken concepts of recycle.

There is a Fast Food company out here that serves all it's food in a Recycled Plastic Product so it cannot be recycled again but the package is so think it works like tuperware I take most of my work lunches in it and when I do not being a Lunch I get a new meal and a new tuperware style container.

THINK PEOPLE there is more to Recycling than sorting your Trash.

I love this idea! Pizza is a regular weekly staple in this house and this idea would save us a lot of cleanup and hassles, especially when on the go.

I really hope the guy who created this runs it by the pizza chains.

wouldn't work for us, we buy the frozen pizzas, feeding six people, including four growning boys, requires i enconomize and buy in bulk!  three digeorno's pizzas can disappear in no time!  it's a great idea though, i'm sure it could be adapted to other products as well.  we're always looking for ways to reuse products, i keep alot of large bottles around for storing cereals, noodles, beans, office supplies like pens and pencils, hardware like screws and small parts.  we've been buying coffee in the large reclosable containers for storing things like cotton balls, q-tips, bandaids; they can be covered or spray painted to match your decor with that krylon plastic paint,  there are plenty of ways to re-use products and packaging.

PM, I don't even buy the name brand frozen pizza any more. The store brand is the same size, has the same toppings and is just shrink wrapped allowing more room in the freezer and less packaging to get rid of.

Yes, I see you can use this pizza box as plates but teen boys here don't use plates, they just use their hands.
