Yeah, it was the whnt.com article that set off my news reader. Some googling from that turned up the ABC article ...... forgot to look at the date and posted the older one.

This isn't even a lifestyle story, according to the accusation - she is accused of doing this in order to kill her husband. Not that they were playing, but that she wanted him dead. Mission accomplished.

Considering that both articles said she used a ballgag, I think its safe in assuming that they were at least a little kinky.

I can't believe that was her plan for making a murder look like an accident, she would have to be completely out of touch with reality to think she'd get off with no jail time if her husband died that way. Seems like if she'd just shelled out for a cage, everyone could live happily ever after.
