First of all I want to thank everyone who is praying for me and sending out positive thoughts..ya'll have no idea how much it means to me..and how much I care for everyone here. It has been a very difficult few days for me. I had a bone and liver biopsy done and will get the results on Mon or Tues. For those of you who do not know..I have cirrhosis of the liver. No, I did not get it from drinking, I don't drink that often, and up till this past 8 months I hardly drank at all. In August of last year I was told that I have 2-5 years to live. Yes, I know that normally the liver regrows, but mine isn't for some reason. My plalette count is down to 2,000 (Normal is 150,000 to 200,000) and they are looking into the possibility of leukemia. I was told that I have 6-8 months to live but am waiting on a second opinion on that.

Yes, it is true, that I am a private person, but Cat, I want to say a special thank you for posting your very thoughtful thread. I didn't get a chance to read it and now it is gone, but Doll read it to me and I want to say how much I appreciate your kindness and your prayers mean alot to me. Steel, I want to say I'm sorry that you were not called directly and I'm sorry you had to read it on the boards first, before you got a phone call. It was an oversight on my part and as soon as I could, I had Doll call you <Hugs>

As far as cards or flowers go, if you would like to send them to me, please email me and I will give you my home address, but please, it isn't necessary. Ya'lls prayers are really enough and mean SO much to me. I can't begin to show you my gratitude.

Please also keep Doll in your prayers..this is extremely hard on her and she is having a rough go of it. We are no longer roomies and she did all she could to take care of me while she was here. I can't begin to thank her enough.

Huge huge hugs to all of you who responded to Cat's thread, and the cmails that I have received from you. Thank you so much. I will let you know what they find out. I will not keep this private as at this time privacy doesn't even matter to me. I'm scared and worried out of my mind and I need positive people around me right now.

Everything I think of sounds so.....not enough.......so I just back out and keep it to myself. You've been on my mind since Cat's thread the other day. I didn't know what to write on that one (why the hell was it pulled?) and I don't really know what to write here. Only that, I am thinking about you and sending positive energy your way. Many cyberhugs for all that are struggling with you right now. Such strength and grace in such a difficult time is amazing, and you are showing it here in spades.
