What to write?

Well, my name is Gweneth, but everyone calls me Gwen.

I love books. I'm sad that my apartment doesn't have room for a library! :) I'm reading a wonderful book called Bittersweet right now. It's full of evocative imagery and insightful prose.

I'm a linguistics major at UCD. I love reading, writing, and I make jewelry as a hobby. I've been known to write love letters in latin. I've had my heart broken by a butterfly's beauty, mended by the sweet, loyal blue of the sky. I keep friends close and long, and grudges not at all. I'm forgetful. I feel passionately about the separation of church and state. I'm a citizen. I more gay than straight. I love and know Edgar Allan Poe with the same kind of obsession lovers save for their beloved.

I'm, um, a bit of a nerd. :)

Welcome neighbor.  I'm in Manteca.  My daughter graduated from UCD 2 years ago.  Wonderful school.  If you do not find someone who fulfills your needs, write back.  I used to have a linguist friend of mine write "blessings" in latin, such as... "May the mountains and the hill descend on you and remain forever!"  Or "May the fleas of a thousand camels infest your armpits!"  Such a blast... they sound Pontifical with the correct delivery!
Take care,
G
