Status: offline 		Three years ago I was directed to this site by a friend who thought I might find it interesting.  His intention was that I read the boards and learn.  He never meant for me to actually create a profile and interact with others.

I am not sorry I did.  I have made some wonderful friends here.

Two and 1/2 years ago I met a Dominant who has become the centre of my D/s life. Like all couples - we have had issues in the past.  But last night I was hurt belong belief when I found out that I have been lied to and cheated on.  Now - don't get me wrong.  We live far away from each other.  I cannot be all that I think he needs.  I have encouraged him to find someone. 

But to find out ...... from her ...... that he has been involved - face to face - with someone else for the last year ......................

To me that is unforgiveable.

So my time here has come to an end.  I will be part of this community until Friday.  I'm sorry Red - I know its a lousy birthday present.  The purpose of this thread is to give me an opportunity to say good bye to those who have come to mean soooo much to me.  I use Yahoo and MSN so we can stay in touch that way.

Status: offline 		My first farewell is to sirsholly.  Holly - you have become more than a friend to me - you have become that sister I never had.  I have you on yahoo and promise will stay in touch.  Between your LO and my Apple, I know we have years of stories to share between us.  Thank you SOOOOO much for all you care and support as I have dealt with my health issues.  I will keep you updated if things change.  I don't expect that we will ever have the chance to actually meet face to face - I wouldn't be that lucky.  I love you Holly.

Status: offline 		I am sorry to hear that you are going to leave...Just wanted to tell you that it is a shame when it goes the way how you experienced it, but that despite some disasters I had on here I did not let them pull me down to get off the board. Because yes, there are some idiots on here, but they are also off the board available sometimes and just because this one behaved as bad as he did would not necessarily stop me to move away from here. My motivation also lacked a lot end of last year but the support I received from some gorgeous people on here during that time got me through (different circumstances then you, but bad big time as well) and at the moment I am in contact with a gorgeous guy I met on here (if it works out or not depends if I pissed him off already this weekend or not *lol*). Best wishes in whatever you are doing xxx

Status: offline 		My thrid good-bye goes to Aylee, the only woman I have ever even considered.  I know that the Apple and Butterhead would be great playmates.  Thank you also, for all your support during my time online.  I will continue with my program - including the dreaded journalling.  Keep an eye out for those pesky tornadoes, and know that you and yours will be in my thoughts.

Status: offline 		well that sucks!  i can relate to your hurt, been there, done that more times than i care to mention.  i hope that your future brings you everything you deserve.  i hope the ex's future brings him everything he has earned, given his behavior.  maybe after awhile you can come back and chat with old friends and make some new ones, people who know the real meaning of friendship, committment, trust, those pesky little details.  take time to heal, and take care of yourself.

Status: offline 		It will be sad to see you leave YDD though I know that you must do what you believe is best for you. Yes you are right, there is always yahoo to stay in contact as well as MSN.
I wish you all the best in your life and wish nothing but good things to come your way. And it is a good possibility that at some point in time, the cub and I will be taking a trip your way as one of my goals is to show him all the things I love about this country I call home.

If I avoid all the places where bad things happened to me, I'd never go back to some of my favorite places on the planet, ever again. And that would be like being victimized all over again. It would be letting the bad people win. I refuse to do that. 
Instead I take a break from the places, and go back later at my leisure and reclaim them. Couldn't you just take a break- maybe an extended break, whatever- just so you get time to heal... And then come back?  Maybe with a new screen name? That way, you would be acting instead of reacting. Why let the bully drive you from the playground forever? Wouldn't it make more sense to (continue to) come and use CM on your own terms, instead of letting one asshole ruin it for you?

I may come back in time - I know better than to ever say never.  It is just right now I know myself and I know that even in my present state of mind - this man has an incredible pull on me.  I would always be looking for him, wondering what he was up to, who he is talking to.  I am not saying that I am doing this the right way - it is just the best way for now.

Besides - summer is coming, the kids are busy and hubby and I are taking the little ones out to Vancouver Island for 3 weeks.  I need to go through CM withdrawal before then!
