Have you tried getting the sub to drink lots of water, and then keeping them in public until they wet themselves? Even with a diaper on, it has interesting results. I second the being naked while the female is clothed. I am comfortable with myself and my body, but I still get a shameful feeling when I'm completely naked, and for some reason when I've shaved down there too. I can't explain it.

Having to talk about myself, in terms of my accomplishments or achievements. I don't know why, but i just feel very embarrassed telling someone how well i did at something. being controled/humiliated in front of vanilla people always scares me. Like if I am speaking with someone and I'm told to be quiet things that are obvious to anyone to make it very clear who's in charge. ofcourse I also love it so it's a weird twisted world I live in sometimes ;)

I agree, that is very humiliating, if she commands you in a shop or so you know the people will think "wow what a wussy his girlfriend can do that and he won't even go against it". I think my most humiliating experience for me was when my gf and I went out to a dancing and she gave all her attention to other guys, ignoring me. I never felt so humiliated and a jealous in my life.
