So would ascertaining just who the fuck they are,prior to snatching them halfway around the world.....in some cases on the simple say so of a paid source.
Treating them as prisoners of war was another choice.....prosecuting them another choice.
Holding them sans trial or charges was never actually a legal choice in the first place...yet Bush and Cheney done did it....and now some on the right want to make political hay in how President Obama cleans up this mess...what a pair of balls!!!!
