has anyone ever heard or seen of, a mouth to genital harness looking to keep submissive mouth attached to cock with harness i did however come up with a solution, by mixing a head harness attached to a dildo harness (strap-on), but its not fullproof any ideas ?

Never seen any harnesses. I believe that subshop used to sell a set of thigh cuffs with an attached collar, though I can't find any sign of it now. The setup worked by the dom wearing the thigh cuffs and the sub being collared thus keeping her head in that region.
