I first read about Victorian household here on CM. Can anyone tell me more(read: everything) about this or tell me where on the net i can read more about it?

Are you familiar with the website Informed Consent?, it's probably been said already, but go and have a look through the book list there-I'm fairly sure you'll find 1 or 2 books on the subject.

Iron Bear is probably the person you want to talk to. But basically it's running a household as in Victorian times. See here:
