It's three to four hours from Green Bay, but Madison has (or had- I've been away for a few months) a fairly thriving scene... if you've got a free Sunday night, The Inferno has a fetish night that's usually packed (might be every other Sunday), and Wednesday (I think) is the fetish event at the Cardinal... information on either can be found with a quick Google, I'm sure. There are also a couple different active munches/discussion groups. And for non-BDSM activities, there are some interesting museums and art galleries downtown, plus the capital building, and about thirty billion fantastic bars.

Yeah, if I could pick one city in Wisconsin to visit (other than my hometown) it would be Madison. It's been many years since I've been there, but that's one of the straight-up coolest cities I've ever been in.
