Dude. I have come to lurk around on these boards for MY opinion matters as much as yours. NOT AT ALL. That being said, allow me to afford you some info you may not be aware of, as you are new to this site, and may not be learned of some of it's features. On your home page, you have the option to BLOCK incoming emails from those that do not meet specific criteria you are seeking. This and MANY others are available. THIS one in particular means MANY emails never get seen by the profile holder mail gets sent to. So, find you a pickle park, and cry to your jenny, cause no-one here gives a fuck about your, my, or any one elses whining. You may as well just be cussing sesame street. Oh, and turn your fucking roger beep off.

OP~ I can understand your frustration, but IMO putting some effort into finding someone you'd like to meet won't kill you. Yea, I get it. You don't like sending emails when they don't get read, people in general don't like rejection. If you don't put yourself out there it ain't gonna happen. AND Posting this thread isn't what I would call "putting yourself out there".

If you want to write but don’t bother, you are inactive and idle---two words that are synonymous with lazy.

You call it audacity—I call it lack of interest.  I’d suggest you learn to shrug it off and not take it as a personal insult.  A stranger who doesn’t have the time or inclination to get to know you does not make you less of a fine person.  Don’t let rejection color your self image.

If you VIEW my full profile, i view yours back.  Often there is something in your profile that does not match my interest.  So i don't write to you. 
 
For example:

Spanking may be at the top of the list for someone.  i don't like to be spanked.  So i don't write.
 
i prefer men who are dominant.  i get a lot of male switches, subs and slaves viewing my profile.  i don't write to them.
 
i tend to be a bit of a swinger.  If someone wants a monogamous relationship,  i don't write. 
 
If someone from a foreign country or at some distance from me views my profile, i don't write.

All those are examples of men who VIEW my profile that i don't write to. 
 
On the other hand, if someone views my profile AND writes to me, i will write back - even if it is only a no thank you.  The exception to my writing back is i don't respond to cmail from Africa, Indonesia, Egypt, Greece - just delete.
