A couple of years ago, my slave and I experiemented with the cb3000 which had a lot of issues. 
He is a good slave, and has requested to go to a permanent piercing which I have granted him for him to do.  This is a reward for him. 
My question for Doms and slaves is what type of experiences have you encountered by going permanet?

I would hope you are not seriously considering turning over control of your assets to anyone.

It's a perfect situation for a scam artist to take you for everything you have.

Even in a relationship with someone you know and trust, things can go bad and then you're left with nothing.

If you would read my post in its original context, you would see that I clearly indicated that this decision was based on my slave's request to serve me this way.  I am merely trying to find someone who knows this answer, and not try to speculate on it on this thread.  
What I truly want and what I truly will do is my decision.   Only real answers to my question please.
There are a lot of things that happen in this lifestyle that many of us do not understand, but some do.

Hi Jan

I have done PA piercings and do admit to liking them a lot.
Try to start off with a 10G but quickly move on to an 8G because the thicker the piercing the less it will migrate.
It depends on how big his dick is but be aware that men with long dicks tend to cause discomfort to the woman if they hit the PA on the cervix. Other than that it can really enhance the sex life.
Is your sub circumcised? if not then he will need a slightly different piercing than if he is
Men with PA's often have to sit down when they pee because of the dribble effect and pee sometimes comes out of the frenulum but that's not a problem, just something he should be aware of.
Expect blood in the urine for a few days after the piercing.
Most men I know that have them really love them and don't tend to have any problems.
