I am not quite sure what your trying to say here. You can make a man ejaculate without an erection is true.... its called milking and most men don't get the feeling of an orgasm. Men can most certainly orgasm without ejaculating. Try reading up on tantra massage and internal orgasm. Once a man has learnt to do this he can multi orgasm, often for hours without ever ejaculating and the orgasms can be just as strong and just as pleasurable as the ejaculating one.
