Can anyone recommend a gag that can not be ejected? Ideally it will be effective enough to prevent intelligible speech, but comfortable to be worn for an couple of hours.

It doesn't have to lock, I just want something that can't be spit out.

Most quality gags will stay in if you buckle them in tight enough. However with many gag designs that can be hard on the corners of the mouth, plug gags don't cause that issue because they use a panel instead of straps coming out of the inserted portion of the gag. The downside is that they can cause the gag reflex, which can quickly become a choking hazard if the gag can't be immediately removed. I still recommend this style of gag and use an inflating and non inflating version on my sub more than any of our other gags.

If I may add my two cents, A slightly smaller ball gag with a panty liner between it and the mouth can ba comfortable and if buckled properly will stay put.

All of our gags come from subshop but I wouldn't recommend using them since we've received defective gear in our last few orders. I visited http://www.madame-s.com/ in San Francisco last summer and was impressed by the quality of their gear, I also liked the http://www.stockroom.com/ product line (which kink.com uses), I got to look through it at stormy leather during the same trip.

Due to my having dentures, a ball gag always pops my dentures out. I have problems swallowing without choking any and all liquids, including my own saliva. I had just gotten out of the shower one day and was putting deoderant on. I got the idea that the deoderant cap would make a great gag. I spoke to Master about it and he got a dog collar about a three quarters of an inch to an inch wide. he cut slits into the side of the cap, glued the cap to the collar and placed it onto my head. It stayed in place perfectly, and couldnt be pushed out at all. The dog collar had a metal buckle on it so it could be adjusted as needed and wouldnt slide as would the safety buckles would that have slide to adjust the length.

I use Lady Speedstick deoderant. The cap is oval and fits really nicely inside my mouth. If you want the cap opening can be facing the mouth so the tongue can fit inside it, or it can be used the other way also. With my choking problems, due to a ventilator being put in to hastily, i cant have the opening facing my mouth. But works great either way.

First time post, here, but I have to mention that I'm a big fan of Mr/Madame S products. (Near as I can tell, they're one company with two fronts. Mr. S targets gay men, Madame S targets straights. I usually purchase via Madame S because their web site allows me to order items in color.) (Over the years, I estimate I've probably bought about $7K worth of gear from them. I suspect they're probably the most expensive people in the Internet. OTOH, I've never bought a thing from them that I didn't think was well worth the price.) Have you considered a muzzle, like the one at http://www.madame-s.com/HT013.html ? [img]http://www.madame-s.com/images/items/ht013-001.jpg[/img] I own the version with the padded mouthpiece. One reason why I strongly recommend it is because nothing goes inside the mouth. (And to me, that guarantees no change of a gag reflex.) Instead, the harness holds the mouth firmly closed, while pressing a padded piece of leather against the mouth. (The analogy I use is: Imagine a really strong person holding his leather-gloved hand over your mouth.) Also regarding safety (something you always have to think about, with gags), it is possible to breathe through the mouth, if needed. It's a bit difficult (I have to "smile", so to speak, to breathe.) but it is possible, so even if something should happen to stop up your nose, you're still good.

What you are looking for is a inflatable butterfly gag. It has two wing like parts that go into the cheaks and when inflaited fills the mouth so well that you dont even need straps to keep it in. Makes the slave look like a squirl with a mouth full of nuts lol. Some which i suggest come with breather tubes. cheak them out sub-shop has them or twistmyrubberarm.com i think as well.
