Once in my own club I was contacted by a DJ who asked to do a slot. He used a different DJ name but when he turned up it was someone I used to work with. He wasn't into the scene at all and I found myself telling him that I was just the promoter and this was just another good money earner but then he turned up as a general clubber a couple of months later and sat observing an oblivious me with my whip in full swing!!

Another was at a fet market when my ex director was spotted with his wife. When he saw me he made a very rapid exit.

I meet people here and there at certain events. I keep my bdsm side and sexual life to myself untill I'm actually asked about it. For some reason, my old friends and past aquatinces are shocked to see me. My well mannered personality and good boy look just doesn't scream "I'm dangerous." So many people just pass me by assuming that I'm now into there kind of lifestyle and then find out much later after I'm with somebody.

Not exactly for me either...

In late 2005 I got a random text via AIM from a SN I had never seen before in my life. It was a girl who told me that I she went to my high school and that we shared interests. Everytime I asked who she was she either ignored the question or tried to ask more about me. Eventually I found out she had gotten my SN off a fetish site that I had posted years ago (stupid teen-age years). The whole conversation was weird and lasted about an hour before she disappeared. "she" asked a bunch of personal relationship and BDSM lifestyle questions about experiences and such. All-the-while giving few clues about herself. Although she did seem legitimately interested and experienced giving the occasional clue that she "had a few "alternative" relationships herself. Weird.

I graduated from a class of nearly 500. I have no idea who it is, and my 5 year high school reunion is coming up soon... cant wait.
