Hello.
I have no idea if I am putting this Thread in the right place or not. The "Help" section was absolutely no help at all.
Here's the problem....
Since I opened my account here, I have been getting notices at my private email address whenever I get an email here. Until about two weeks ago. The notices just stopped. Nothing in my Inbox, nor are they going into my Bulk folder. I did not change anything on my private email address (messages from "collarbot" and "noreply" at collarme.com are on my "Safe" list). Nor did I change any settings here. The emails simply stopped. Has anyone else here had this happen?
Also, for all of the Threads that I have subscribed to here, I have "never" gotten any notices that a new reply has been posted to them. Not a one. Even though I have subscribed to them. I checked my settings here, and yes, if I am reading it right, I "should" be getting them.
The "Help" section here says it can take awhile for a notice to show up. And to check your Bulk folder. Been there, done that. Check my Inbox and Bulk folders every day at my private email address for the past two weeks, and nuttin'. So the only way I have to check for new messages here is to log in to the site, and see if I have any. Kind of a pain in the tuckis.
Any directions/suggestions on how to fix this problem? I am a *Certified Computer Dummy*, so please, keep your directions ~simple~. Type slowly, and use small words.
