Under my name it says "newbie". There are others with less posts that have their own custom I presume, title under their name. How do I go about changing mine!
IF a mod has to do it, can I have "Evil Ler Unbeakable Lee"

Not that it ever really bothered me much, but I also wondered how some people get those custom status lines.

Yes to get a Custom Status on this style Bulliten Board you need to have is put in by a Board Admin.

So yes those with Custom Status Names are usually Admins or the Mods on thier Personal Accounts.

The "newbie" has nothing to do with how much (or lack thereof) experience you have in the BDSM lifestyle. It is a reflection of the number of posts you have made (in other words, you are a newbie in posting on these boards). It will go away when you make enough posts (100, I think).

Steel: from what I've seen in the past some people who post an absurdly high number of posts are rewarded with a customized line.

I loved it when I was the word vanilla. I think that was the word. It just made me feel, um...defiant. lololol Secretly I thought, check this out. Im on a BDSM site and Im telling everyone Im vanilla. Ya hahaha. I thought, maybe I can start some pretty interesting threads as a vanilla. lolol

So, does anyone here recall my name under the vanilla title who thought, Look! Its that sophia that was so defiant! What an upstart! Doubtful.

I dont think that anybody really even cares if we are deranged, or vanilla, or corrupted, or, I dont even know what its says under my name at all any more! lolol Bummer. Ive become cynical. Can we start another name under our names when we post umpteen times? On our umpteenth time should we be called "cynical"? lololol

I always thought you should go from vanilla to strawberry to fudge swirl and so on until you get to forbidden chocolate.

Which reminds me, there's some chocolate sorbet in the freezer calling my name.

However, the newbie makes me appear inexperienced even though it signifies that I am new to this board/form
I have been "in the scene" since 1984 and into tickle torture and bondage since childhood. A bit ahead of my time I was.

I noticed folks who have less posts then 100 who have custom titles so that eliminated the needing a certain number of posts to have the title automatically change thus the other suggestions that it is not what you know but who you know. One mentioned who you blow. Well if that's the case I will be a newbie to my grave!

Maybe "Evil Ler Unbreakable Lee" would not fit as a title for me in THIS particular forum.
Maybe something else would be more appropriate. "Wiseguy" or "True Gemini" or something else perhaps?
We may never know............
