I haven't found this to be true. YES people who come to munches are more likely to want to do this physically than keeping things in the fantasy realm. But in my group, for instance, we don't hook up just because we are local to one another. Meeting people as friends, as people who may share some kink but defininately share a twisted fun mindset, yep.. but to get into one anothers bed? I haven't laid down with one of them yet. Many of my people just enjoy the banter.

Thank you Ma'am, for pointing this out.
Where I am at, there are only a couple of local munch groups; I went once to each one. All I got for my time was a bunch of people trying to see how fast they could get each other into bed.
I know that not all munch groups are like this; but it is a sad reality that most munch groups are more 'physical' than they are 'mental'.
