Buy a waist belt and lock the wrist cuffs to that- can be used for other things besides sleep. That will allow him the freedom to move a little and be at waist level so circulation problems shouldn't restrict. With the hands so close and not being able to touch himself; will instill a little discipline. If you don't like that move the hands closer to the back. The rest of the restraints is up to you.

My preference is one ankle chained to the bed. This allows the slave to sleep peacefully and comfortably, with a good range of motion, while he yet remains my chained slave. I like to keep him chained while at home during the day, too. Yummy. Chastity is also yummy, to control access to his penis.

You need to think about things like circulation being restricted because of the rope over long periods of time, also, what happens if he falls off the bed in the night if he turns or You push him.

Try binding the wrists together with about a foot of slack so that it can fit underneath the knees (forcing him into a fetal position, which isn't uncomfortable for sleep). Then, bind the ankles (bent back) to the thighs above where the hands reach. Just adjust the slack you've given at the wrists so that he doesn't have enough left to wrap his wrists over his hips to where he could touch his penis (plus, the legs are wider at the thighs than the knees, so his potential attempts to pull upwards toward his belly would actually reduce the available slack).

This may be a stupid suggestion, but if all you want to do is ensure that he does not play with himself, then why not just have him wear boxing gloves or something similiar.
