I've seen things in vids and pics that look like a corset, but act as a posture collar and gag. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the name of this device is, and where I can buy them.

As your title says, corset collar: that's how I've seen them marketed.
Google "corset collar". I've seen them sold on e-bay as well.

They're also called "posture collars".

While it wouldn't actually muffle all that well, without something else in the sub's mouth, this seems to be the closest I can think you what you mentioned.

The term I've most seen used is "Neck Corset".

Some of them cover only the neck. Some go up to the base of the nose, covering the mouth.
