In my experience with dominant women, they have something against being a "submissive" man's fetish toy. I don't know exactly what it is, but they get all catty and angry and offended and then she filed that restraining order..

Think about what you asked. Will you serve any woman with long hair? Does personality matter? Do other demographics matter? I won't be offended or catty if you say "Nope. Long hair and a pulse. thanks....I sayd that, I'm novice here. Maybe, how I start to understand, there is a little incompatibility here for my fetish. I'm here to know that. You know women like to change their hairstyle. Most..if not all of my friends have at some point cut their hair short or at least relatively short. What if your long-haired mistress (if you find her) cuts her hair some day? You dump her 'cause your fetish toy isn't there anymore?

Also completely unrelated, I've made a key chain just like this out of the last three guys who tried to objectify me with their fetishes.  [:)]

On topic:  a lot of women can grow out their hair with a little encouragement and help.  As fetishes go, this one is probably one of the easiest I've ever seen to satisfy; all you have to do is find a beautiful woman that you love, persuade her to grow her hair out, and help her take care of it.  Voila!  Instant kink!

ShaktiSama, I was helping my nephew do some research on hair growth.  The length a person's hair will grow to is genetically programmed to a large extent.  At a certain point the hair simple stops taking in more nutrients.  This will vary with every person.  I am currently growing mine out (about 4" above my waist in back with no sign of slowing down yet) but it is physically impossible for some to grow it that long no matter what they do to try to make it easier.  Of course, removing stress on it is a big help, including not drying it with heat daily, not using a curling iron too often, etc.  Hair tends to grow faster in the summer than the winter but there is almost nothing you can do to speed up the growth other than to make sure you are eating a balanced diet and getting enough water.  Not doing those things will impede growth.

Interesting.  Anecdotally, I have found that I was able to grow my hair much longer once I removed most of the unnecessary stresses on it:  I stopped dyeing it, using any kind of perms, and I also don't use blow dryers or irons.  I tend to get my split ends trimmed every six-ten weeks, and thus I tend to read "maximum length" as "maximum healthy length that outruns splitting and breakage".  My hair definitely had a very different "maximum length" prior to removing the chemical stress.  It's down to the top of my lumbar spine now, when it used to reach maximum healhty length just below the shoulders.

I did not realize that maximum hair length on the head was a genetic preset, but I suppose it makes sense that it would be.  After all, the other hair on our bodies has a much shorter maximum length before it matures, falls out and is replaced by new hair.

Looking at this research, do you know what is the average maximum hair length for most women?   How unusual is it for a woman to be able to grow her hair down to the tail bone or longer?  Perhaps if you find a woman with super-long hair, she really is an exceptionally rare commodity?
