Breaking in a newbie, especially someone young is like teaching someone to appreciate a fine whiskey. You start with a little on the rocks with soda or water and move up to straight or "neat" as it is an aquired taste. I know the impulse and the thrill is to have them in a presentation position quickly, but you also risk scaring them off and worse discouraging a promising sub.
Leave her wondering what this or that would be like by hinting at the next limit to be crossed or the next experience to be had. A good understanding of what eventually is expected certainly is a good start and as some on here have said she may not really be submissive and it is a little effort to find that out.
You look powerful and I have no doubt you can take young girls, but she should be looking forward to the experience and the next so if you reassure her before any rough stuff that you will be respectful of her beginning limits you are sure she will want more as you progress.
