Do I have to?

Can’t I just be responsible?

Doesn’t growing up, lead to growing old, and then to dying? (Not in a good way.)

Why can’t I “stay gold”?

All asked due to past and recent statements (not necessarily to me), echoing that of the title.

Most of it was humorous rhetoric, but to be honest; I’ve seen such a large variety of personalities though out different age groups, I wouldn’t know how to determine what ‘acting almost 40’ is.
