Status: offline 		This is not about me my Master likes me just the way i am. I was thinking the other day (always a dangerous thing) I wondered. Are there some Doms that chose their subs/slaveS and now want them to change? Which leads into my question.

if your Dom wanted you to get body mods such as breast implants,or extensive plastic surgery so he could have the "perfect" sub and was willing to pay for all of it. Would you do it to please him, or say sorry i will not do that i like my body the way it is?

Status: offline 		This isn't really fair I suspect because in our case, we've been happily together a very long time. But yes, if I wanted to modify her body, it is mine to modify. In fact, I already have modified it pretty extensively although thankfully no surgery was required. But she's a lot thinner now.. a lot more toned... long hair... different clothes... makeup. In short, pretty radically different head to toe. For the most part, she actively did not want all of that. If we were talking surgery, she wouldn't want that either (probably) but she'd trust my judgement on the risk/reward/cost analysis.

There'd be other areas, however, that I couldn't quite speculate so positively in. It's always important to remember that one persons hard limit is another person's big yawn.

Status: offline 		Hmmm........No, I wouldn't actually be with him if he had some idea of *the perfect sub* physically. It would simply mean he wasn't someone I wanted to be with. He's always been interested in my health; mental, emotional, physical.....for MY own good. I'd have to get my head around him wanting me to be a certain way for HIM......... it's never been part of our relationship at all.

The thing is .......we started out liking each other the way we WERE.......we continued to like each other the way we were......and we STILL like each other the way we are.

If he wanted me to have surgery to alter myself for HIS pleasure, it would undermine our entire relationship. I've been led to believe I am pretty ok as I am, to date. He's always wanted for me what *I* want for me ...........*I* want to be in shape, as attractive as any woman can be at 51yrs old with grandchildren ........I'll work at keeping myself in as good nick as I can because *I* want that. But no, I'm not here to please him, that isn't what we were/are about.

Not to mention the fact that my children only have me as a parent as their father is dead.......He'd never risk them being orphaned through superficial shit like that.

Status: offline 		No i would not. I have had enough surgery on this body that was not for modification purposes. Surgery is hard on me. I dont want anything put in me that isnt there all ready. i take care of my body, it is the only one that i have and i honor it. I could not rationalize in my head for anyone telling me i need to have a tuc or a boob job to please them.  Tell me to do more sit-ups or work with weights etc, and sure because it benifits my physical body, but don't tell me i need to have body mods so i  can be prettier for you. I would just give a blank stare and buy them a barbie doll.

Status: offline 		Body modifications are a hard limit for me for ethical reasons.

Beyond that, risking the dangers of surgery for such purely superficial reasons would say lots to me about him, all negative. If I'm not good enough as is without going under the knife, then he should go seek some twenty something who already looks like that.

I don't like everything about my body either........but I enlist M's help to keep it at it's optimum.

If i want to get some result, I only have to ask and I get his *help*........It's a blessing and a curse...lol. Once I've asked for it ....I ACTUALLY get it.

Status: offline 		I'd look pretty stupid with breast implants, so I'd consider that a hard limit.

I'd do something like a piercing or tat for the right person even though I'm terrified of needles and wouldn't voluntarily get one otherwise, but I don't know about the turning me into a Ken doll, that seems like they're trying to create something other than who I am.

Heh, despite the fact that I asserted her body is mine to modify as I see fit, I'm so completely in agreement with this. I won't even have her nipples pierced for fear of unintended consequence even though we would BOTH love that. I really can't see myself authorizing surgery for cosmetics alone unless somehow I was convinced that the risk truly was negligible and the cost was trivial to us.

I don't have any concerns about the aesthetics angle. She gave herself to me. End of that story. But I do NOT want to break the toys -- especially not for shallow reasons.

THis whole thread reminds me though I need to drag out photoshop and start working on that tattoo I want to put on her. I got it half done then abandoned it in favor of a flurry of real estate stuff.

If he wanted me to get implants I would have to wonder if he's been paying any attention about me at all seeing as I went through a lot to have them reduced a few years ago.

Now haircolor, length, piercings, tats, brands...I don't have any problems with. If and when he decides he wants me to have them then I'll have them done.

If he wanted me to get plastic surgery for some toning of the body or to remove some fat or something like that I'd be jumping for joy since I'd love for someone to pay me to have it done!

I probably have more interest in plastic surgery than Master does.

Status: offline 		Honestly, and certainly it's different for women (I don't believe that any woman would proposition me with such non-sense), I would hold a mirror up to their face and point out every last thing that was wrong with them too.

Like a tat or piercings, sure (assuming they are mutually agreed upon). Changing yourself to be perfect for someone though...it's a mighty large ocean out there, and if you are fishing the right seas, this should never EVER be an issue. Bigger breasts aren't going to make you more beautiful, nor are any variety of surgeries. You are still going to be the same thing underneath it all.

Now a facelift or necklift wouldn't be abhorrent. I'm drawing my line in the sand on nose jobs and implants though. I dated a rich girl when I was 16, and her father let her get a nosejob at 16! She was really and honestly very pretty before. Afterward, she looked like she had HAD a nose job. It just didn't look natural and was bent awkwardly upward.

Just look at Owen Wilson. His nose looks like a penis ffs, and he isn't spending the money to change it. He has heaps of cash too.

this slave's body is His to do with as He pleases.  thankfully, He is pleased with what the Great Architecht gave her.
 
He has even discouraged this slave from losing the 10 pounds she has gained over the last 6 years...but  He has also offered to fund/support any change she felt necessary to her self-esteem.
 
We both got tattoed...same day, same place, same artist...with complimentary tattoes representing our relationship with each other.
 
He doesn't prefer artificial anything...from hair color to breast size...with the exception of fingernails, when this slave's natural set breaks down.

Status: offline 		piercings and tattoos, maybe if He really wanted it. plastic? never. i don't like fake-ness. period. i have issues with things like hair extensions and fake eyelashes, so i would never get anything like implants! not to mention what a waste of money... that being said, there are some cases where the surgery is for health reasons, and i do think that if life changes your body and you want to put it "back," that's a whole other story. i would have surgery to get rid of a bad scar or fix a broken nose.

Status: offline 		It is really hard for me to know, as Master loves me the way I am and encourages my comfort in my body, as do my other partners.  My situation is a little different in that I think my Master, husband and companion would confer over such details as modifications to my body.  I am fine not having such choices now, but when I was initially choosing partners it was important to me that they be people who loved me as I was.  I'm probably getting rambly here, but basically, I would do it if he wanted, but he wouldn't want it.
