There was a two-part movie on Lifetime about this issue in December.

I watched it.

Very powerful and based on what I know about the subject (less than I know about ancient slavery mind you) it was sadly very well done.

I've also seen special reports on 20/20 and other news shows over the past couple of years.

These are programs that make Fox cringe and cling to me and say "Mistress, I'm so glad I have a choice to be with you".

I've spent a little time in Turkey. You can buy anything there from a custom built shotgun to a girl-child. That whole part of the world is backwards and dangerous by our standards and a woman has no business traveling there without a family member escort.
