I see nothing wrong with this fantasy.
I understand what you mean by wanting him to ignore the safeword, you want it to be real rape, not role-play. That's very understandable, no matter how much you act, you're still acting, that's the mindset you're in.
There's two solutions to this that I can think of, aside from talking to him about it.
1. Get over it, rules are set for the purpose of safety. Don't say the safeword unless you're truly in need of stopping.
2. Have you master think of a secret safeword. That way, you'll be forced to guess the safeword throughout the entire scene. If you guess incorrectly, the rape continues.
I still think number one would be the easiest and most logical, but if it really doesn't work, number two might be your best bet for a more 'realistic' rape scene.
