I just got back from a nice long weekend in Florida. Unfortunately, I got sunburned pretty bad. If I were yours, would this be a source for your amusement? Would you use my sunburn to inflict more pain by scratching or slapping it or would you leave it alone? Why or why not? I'm not sure if I would enjoy this because part of what I like about receiving pain is the thought that it's caused entirely by the Domme, not her enhancing pain that is already present. What do you think?

well, for me it would depend on my mood, how bad the sunburn was, and if you were enjoying it. I love watching people squrm.. but I prefer it to be with something like delight..

I probably would just a lil because I'm mean. LOL I really wouldn't care a fig if you enjoyed it because it was just something to amuse myself with. Now, if you didn't get anything out of the pain inflicted during a session, that would be cause for concern. Sometimes I do things with a subbie's enjoyment in mind. Sometimes I am just being my little bitchy self. At least I'm honest about it! lovingpet

How is this any different from the random questions that other "s-types" send Dommes on this site looking for their own wank foder like... "If you could use me anyway...what would you do?" "Would you kick me in the balls?" "Would you castrate me?" And the list goes on. As a side note....getting sunburn down ehre is more dangerous than getting sunburn elsewhere as the UV exposure is much higher. Had you watched your morning news in the area, they would tell you the UV index or whatever they call it for the day. What do you think? A sunburn is not just called a burn. It is actually a burn. For my slave and I, priority one would be letting the area heal properly. I would do everything possible to help promote proper healing, and nothing that might impede or prevent it.

Thanks to the OP, love the inquiry and in response, I'd be disappointed if she didn't use my already damaged flesh to ease the effort she needs to put out sadistically. To BoiJen: Thank you! Just a reminder that maybe he'd best take better care of himself in the future (a pinch or a stray touch here and there). Don't give me ammunition and not expect me to use it. I am not going to break the skin and would be on him to be caring for it properly and even seeing a dr if needed. I will also be making damn sure it doesn't happen again! I did not discuss the intent of my action because it did not seem particularly relavent to this thread. I don't do anything without some sort of intent behind it even if it may seem random from the outside looking in. In this case, I am giving a clear incentive to never, EVER get a sunburn again. I want to help a subbie get back in good health again, but I also want him to STAY in good health by changing certain poor behavioral patterns that are adverse for him. I can't stand to see anyone sloughing off skin like a snake, including myself. I'd peel him once he started to shed. Other than that, it would be cold baths and aloe until it healed, I'm afraid. With the occasional giggle at his discomfiture if it really hurt to move or sit down, and a few pokes and very-light play-scratches in fun. No real risk of damage, however. Infection of weakened skin is not fun.

If it's a minor sunburn, I might just have a little fun. I mean like "Aw crap, I should have come in 15 minutes earlier" kind of minor. A friend of ours had a minor one like that a little while back, and ended up sleeping on our couch one night, instead of driving home, then all the way back up past our house a few blocks for work, then back home again after work, miles away. Well, he didn't want to wake up, so I finally just walked up and gave him a couple light taps on his sunburned (face) cheeks. He woke up REAL quick and we both got a good laugh out of it. Just bad enough that it stings when touched, but nothing worse. I've run the gambit of burns in my time, from little ones like that, to things that would make the marquis de sade piss himself, so I tend to be a fairly okay judge of where to draw the line on something like that.

No problem darling! At least it gave me an opportunity to clarify my reasoning if nothing else. But yes OP, broken toys are no fun. I would be advising you to not allow such a thing to happen again as it is not good for you. There is one rare instance where I could overlook it, but I doubt it was the case here. Severe and persistently low vitamin D levels are often only helped by completely nude sunbathing and it is the UV that allows the body to synthesize endogenous vitamin D. Sunburn is a potential outcome, but preferrable to the hell wreaked on the body by such a terrible deficiency that cannot be fixed in any other way. I should know. I hate being on the safety patrol, but as someone with a family history of melanoma, I concur. It is not something to mess with. I would likely have you write an essay on what preventative measures you would take in the future to prevent said sunburn.

It's different from the other questions because it's a legitimate question. I'm not looking for wank material here, I was actually curious. I had hoped that by mentioning that I thought I WOULDN'T like this would be enough to show that I wasn't just looking for wank material. I'm different from every other wanker on the site asking Dommes stupid shit because I don't send personal messages asking these questions. That's what the forums are for. I hate when people assume what answer I want to hear just because I ask a certain question.

What do you think? My take on it is you'd have some discipline coming for damaging what is Mine. No I wouldn't irritate a sunburn, but might inflict a new kind of burn later for you being so thoughtless.

He'd get to watch while I played with someone else, because he'd thoughtlessly put himself out of the game temporarily. With the type of subs I tend to get, this is atrociously painful, knowing it could have been him. (grin) And I'd take care of him. I'm very fair myself, and so I've got a fair knowledge of sunburn treatments. Burn treatments period; there's a joke that Alex can't cook a formal dinner without burning herself at some point.
