Hmmmm, this would seem to indicate that she isn't such a marvellous jurist after all. It is things like this, not some racist strawman, that should be the focus of the debate over her nomination. If the majority of her rulings that have come before the Supreme Court have been overturned, why exactly is she considered Supreme Court material, seems to me that she is getting it wrong more often than not.
